AI-Powered CRM Chatbot with Smart Scheduling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This project is about creating an AI chatbot that plugs into a CRM system to help manage leads and customer conversations. The chatbot chats with potential customers, answers their questions, and guides them through the next steps. When someone is ready to visit, the chatbot connects to Google Calendar through MCP server to schedule showroom appointments instantly. This makes it easy for customers to book a time that works for them, while keeping the sales team\u2019s calendar organised. The result is a smoother experience for both customers and the sales team, with less manual work and faster follow-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RAG-backed Q&A with Private Dataset<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This project serves as a POC for BeRegal\u2019s in-house product, an RAG-backed Q&A interface designed to operate on a private dataset. The platform offers a natural language interface for querying data, delivering responses that are precise, context-specific, and more controlled than those generated by generalized AI models like ChatGPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It ensures strict compliance with privacy standards, including adherence to SOC 2 requirements, by keeping the dataset local, safeguarding sensitive information, and implementing robust data protection protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dataset utilized for this POC is sourced from publicly available information provided on the AskGov website. It is important to note that BeRegal has no affiliation with the AskGov initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
