RAG-backed Q&A with Private Dataset
This project serves as a POC for BeRegal’s in-house product, an RAG-backed Q&A interface designed to operate on a private dataset. The platform offers a natural language interface for querying data, delivering responses that are precise, context-specific, and more controlled than those generated by generalized AI models like ChatGPT.
It ensures strict compliance with privacy standards, including adherence to SOC 2 requirements, by keeping the dataset local, safeguarding sensitive information, and implementing robust data protection protocols.
The dataset utilized for this POC is sourced from publicly available information provided on the AskGov website. It is important to note that BeRegal has no affiliation with the AskGov initiative.

BeRegal delivered this highly intuitive, AI-powered book recommendation system for Singapore’s secondary students. BeRegal developed “Tara”, an AI-driven sales chatbot for LHWY International, designed to promote and facilitate subscriptions to the client’s product, app TAKA. This advanced chatbot interacts with customers via multiple channels, including WhatsApp, voice on the client’s website, and even over the phone, ensuring seamless and personalized customer engagement. The chatbot provides real-time information, answers inquiries, and assists with the subscription process, significantly improving marketing efficiency. AI-Driven Fashion Companion (Client: KOL on China TikTok Platform / 抖音)
BeRegal developed “Chloe”, an AI-driven Personal Fashion Consultant for a popular Key Opinion Leader (KOL) on China’s TikTok platform. This intelligent chatbot provides personalized fashion advice by chatting with users and suggesting outfits based on their occasion. Users can also send photos of themselves to receive tailored clothing recommendations. The Fashion Companion enhances the KOL’s engagement by offering interactive, real-time style consultations, creating a unique and immersive fashion experience for the influencer’s audience.

BeRegal developed “Victoria”, an AI-powered chatbot specifically designed to enhance client engagement for insurance agents.
